It may not be directly about Centro, but it is pretty close.
Im sure that it would be fair to say that the write downs that are exprienced by one arm, would be very similar to write downs that will be incurred by other arms and by Cento itself.
Also you may critisize the article for taking a negative approach, but in all fairness, what is the positive that you can take out of this or for that matter other announcemnents that have been made.
The only possible positive that can come from this announcement, is that it is preparing the market for what may come when centro announce their figures. As such the market hopefully will not be as savage to the share price as it could potentially be. Also if the figures are at all better then hopefully the share price will rise again.
I think everyone should start to look to blame other people other than the the media, shorters etc for the problems with the shareprice. First in line for blame should be Centro itself.
