There are hurdles to jump here with any capital raising. First of all it would come to a vote and insto shareholders in addition to thousands upon thousnads of shareholders would vote against it, I would think (hope). I think swap has commented a multitude of times that this, although an option, is on the unlikely end of the spectrum. As a shareholder I'd rather Centro flogged a tonne of properties for next to nothing over a capital raising. I'm not holding Cnetro for an 8% compounded yield, put it that way.
