    Hi cpg,

    I think Uncle is signalling in this statement for a bit of breathing space and also giving a totally transparent statement to reduce any possibilities of litigation; and the fact is it not about Centro (CNP) as such - it is a troubled arm of a Centro fund, in partnership with CER and CNP.
