Yes, the comment really just shows ScoMo’s looking for a way to disparage the project. Of course it doesn’t solve Australia’s energy problems! It’s one tool, which, if used well, can solve some of them. And its ROI seems pretty good. The concern is that changing a person’s viewpoint when they’re committed to only seeing the negative is practically impossible, so we just have to wait till he’s out for any meaningful progress.
