WMT has now been granted a further extension of time till 19th June.
With all these delays, I suspect an "equity for debt" share allocation and a major share consolidation. Any theories?

+++++++++++++++++++++++++ Western Metals Limited announces that its debt restructure arrangements with its major financiers continues to progress, and that an extension from 14 May 2002 to 19 June 2002 has been agreed by all parties for completion and execution of formal documentation arising from the Common Terms Sheet signed on 15 March 2002. The company believes that negotiations should be concluded in this time frame.
