The reason she was banging on about BV is because the premium over peers seems to indicate a takeover premium, the CEO obviously couldn't admit that, but honestly the way he looked and responded it didn't sound like he identified this as the issue at hand or that he even knew what his companies BV or premium to BV was or what sector P/BV was.
Its a little worrying if thats true (and it may well not be) but thats how it came off to ME.
I don't have any ill wishes to holders, I hope BOW rallies to 2$! But you want peoples opinions both ways don't you?
