    What traders/investors must ask themselves is the following question:

    If there is an 'expression of interest' or 'white knight', what is the potential upside that they will be likely to pay for CNP?

    If there is none of the above and CNP is unable to refinance (in their current form), what is the potential downside and future?

    Can you wear this risk and does it fit your trading profile?

    Everyone must make their own decision.
