I agree with you, I don't think it is Petrobras either due to the whole independence thing, and in Colin's conversation yesterday he did state that MEO is being miss quoted on internet sites including HC (maybe that is what Colin meant). We also had people contact the reporters, who also quoted that Petrobras was state owned, and that they didn't even hear a whisper about any deal. I don't have any ideas on who it could be, but it sure is starting to add up that it is not Petrobras.
