Depends on where CNP holds their centres. It is like real estate both residential and commercial in Perth were growth is supposedly flat. Real estate near the city is going up but real estate on the fringes is falling overall balances out for flat growth but money is still being made. All I am saying is it is all about location and competition, if the centres are in plum locations they will do well.
