Some interpretation from me as below :

1. She feel extraordinary pressure from the media , shareholders and investors cross the global for selling all her shares. This will stop her doing the same thing in future or at least she need think about it twice before she makes the same move . ( she don’t want have a bad reputation for selling shares of the company she leads. )

2. One day she is on the AFR , the next day she is on Bloomberg. She came out to assure us the growth is higher than expected. If she bluff and there’s a sales down grade at AGM then this is a typical example of insider trading .

3. She said her interest is linked with the shareholders because there are more shares will come her way. She was regret for her decision to sell shares however she has no other choice.
