geli: NO, FAR does NOT "want to mislead".
IMHO, they are just too slow in farming-down. After all, those grounds were around (under the same kind of management) LONG before when it was GOP.AX and thereafter FLOW ENERGY, i.e. we are talking many years here...
But now, after SUNBIRD has (IMHO) largely de-risked those grounds off-shore KENYA, a farm-out deal most surely be forthcoming real soon - at least this is my expectation!
I am quite SURE that there must be a lot of interest! Hopefully, FAR can strike a really good to great deal.
Fingers crossed and all that.
My big HOPE with FAR is in fact KENYA and IF SENEGAL should come positive, this would be a most WELCOME SURPRISE to me!!
