There's going to be a real lot of hurt if interest rates start rising, even a 1% rise without any accompanying rise in wages will put a lot of properties on the market in a very short period of time.
So you have to really start looking ahead, if the reserve back CANNOT raise rates as it will implode our economy what external factors could force a defacto interest rate rise to ordinary householders?
