my question is "what will they do when they hit 19.99%?" If i am right they will make a formal t/o for the whole co!

They could sit on the 19.99 and 'play' nms but imho i doubt it. at the end of the day they are buying 1/5 of the company for 20% less than the rights issue.

If i think about it the company raised 65m which by buying at lets say 4 cents they are in effect getting another quarter for free! Sounds like a smart move to me. but then again i did buy after the rights issue for the same reason!!!

I guess time will tell if we are smart or not.....
