Does court decision takes precedence or legislative powers of mining minister takes precedence. If mining license declared illegal how to ensure NCM is correctly compensated for a corrupt minister's decision. If mining license declared illegal setting precedent for challenges on other mine sites granted, how to handle the impact of it all.
The possibilities are all there, just seems easier to stay the course.
