    Now this will set the cat amongst the pidgions,

    It is MY opinion only based looking at past chart reaction that this pattern is the start of a blow off top ,

    Have a look at the MACD pulled hard away from the m/a

    Can take some time to complete when it is well supported like BDL ,but they do generally pull back and run again .
