ANY business would pass it on, it's inevitable. yes it would be unpalatable to the electorate directly thru increased bank fees (duh) so he's gone after the mines who will need to put their prices up to their customers, um rudd's mates over in china. they then turn around and say "sorry kevvie, your ore is too expensive for us now"
