Is it just me or is this stock quite cheap at current 37c? Fairly new to market but this paid 8.25c this year.... shouldn't price be somewhat higher considering:
Mr Michael Balkin, Managing Director of BLP, said "BLP has support from its three independent senior lenders. BLP continues to meet all of its banking covenants, which have no conditions relating to the financial position of Babcock & Brown."
Interested to see what anyone else thinks is holding down the price of this now? Just market sentiment or B&B parent worries?
In a greenfields market (ie no global credit crisis, rising sea levels, oil blowouts) what would be the price of a security paying 8c per year ie is there a value calculation anyone knows of? (I know, I know - it's worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it!)
