Hi Jbish
If the remediation work at Cigar Lake is unsuccessful and or the timeframe blows out to say 2012+- then it would cause a supply demand shortfall, with that would come upward pressure on the spot price of uranium. The grades at Cigar Lake are stunning,
upwards of 19% I believe.
Current producers would benefit and companies that are looking at producing (in the foreseeable future) will be impacted as well. Further we are waiting for announcments which will impact as well imo.
Cheers
Xan
