Read the announcement & here's an extract & you extrapolate that water issues have been addressed to permit mining.

Another post to ponder 13.12.13
Look, it's pretty simple, it's not rocket science. This time next year all current BLR holders, who hold, will be much much better off financially. I for one am looking forward with great anticipation to the coming year and the rewards it will bring
How did management get it so wrong?
Here lets try something different..........seeing you don't want to answer any questions.
Buc everything it will be OK, there is nothing wrong with BLR. BLR will manifest it self into the biggest U miner in the USA. Ablation will render all other methods of mining obsolete with out any government intervention or production of certification. Even the greenies will bow to the superior intellect demonstrated by BLR management. BLR can continue to operate whilst insolvent because it operates in it own right & ASX rules don't apply. The contacts for ablation in overseas jurisdictions will start a cashflow into BLR as they entered into an exciting future for U mining, even without the machine being transported to site. Alex M & BLR management team will stop the take over & BLR shareholder will raise extra funding. I notice a 150% run in the share price in the last week or two (great if you entered at .001)., Lets raise $25m to get all the issues put to rest & get funding to complete ablation machine operational for mining purposes (current test bed runs of 150lb of ore will translate to real world operational requirement on ramp up & can function for an indefinate period between servicing intervals)and at the current dizzying price of .003c would only require a further 8.3B shares (dilution not an issue here) & no funding required to get permitting as ablation (inset choir of angels singing) is the holy grail........like I said absolutely, positively, nothing to worry about here, its all good, move along please![]()
