    lower bollinger band has changed direction and has turned upward .....at the moment we are seeing a period of consolidation...until the next announcement which isnt too far away...volume has dried up , meaning the large selling from the 30c range has been completed.....selling = distribution phase....we are now in the (buying)accumulation phase of the cycle ....cheers J
