Well the 300 million would come at a time where a lot of risk is still involved so you would have to make a personal decision whether you would rather cash out at a few times your initial investment while a lot of risk still persists on whether or not the technology will be successful or continuing to risk your entire investment for many many more multiples of your original investment. Its not forced savings if it amounts to nothing at all.
