I believe there would have to be at least incremental evidence of efficacy consistent with the dosage to support going to Cohort 5, but with PF gone it is now speculation. However, he was pretty convinced Cohort 4 would have to show something. These issues should be discussed though.

J8 still doesn't believe Cohort 4 has started. Carl said the NASDAQ Quarterly would confirm it but will have to wait till next week.
