someone is playing games with the buy depth by stacking either 10M+ at the first buy level or 8M and 6M at the first 2 buy levels, that buy for 4.7M units has been there for weeks

the reality is there is really no supply and the buy stack is rarely hit...notice that the majority of buys have been directly into the sell stack rather than dumps into the buy stack

the smart thing about putting a 10M prop at the first buy level is that it discourages anyone from placing a buy order as they assume it will never get hit. After every minor dump, the prop will just move down one level and the cycle will continue, albeit on low volume.

Given the circumstances, there is clearly no supply and demand is being scared off by the huge prop in the buy stack. SP should break out and reverse the downtrend once whoever is currently buying decides to mark up the price.
