You should have received some paperwork.... Your shares will have been registered with Computershare USA. Check your paperwork for your Holding numbers You need to open an online account with Computershare USA. This takes a long time to process as some of the final authorising happens via snail mail from the USA. I am still waiting for my letter. You also need to fill out a tax declaration to be filed with Computershare so when you sell you will not pay too much US tax.
Then last week I received a cheque for about $8 AUD for the sale of a part share that was not transferred to holdco. The price of one share at sale time was around $12 aud . Now the BNTC shares are trading on NASDAQ at $7.61 USD
