I sincerely hope its because it would be classed as insider trading, as they know information we are not privy to.

That is the only conclusion i can come to without getting depressed.
Yet another question we would love to have relayed to management if you would be so kind Annabel!

If i were management, on the salaries they are on, had absolute faith in the company and tech i was responsible for, i would be lapping up at these prices, unless i knew it didn't work (which would be a material event and illegal not to disclose) or wasn't allowed to.

Personally i think management have a deal already in place pending the results of TT-034 and that is the reason they cannot purchase. It may also explain why patient dosing is not to be announced anymore because this deal is pulling all the strings.

Pure Speculation of course....
