    MUDpecker - Great questions for an investor to ask. However, if I were a company and understood biotechnology I would be rubbing my hands in glee at this prime takeover target.

    I'd be thinking 1) the technology construct has huge potential and 2) its current management is a shambles so I'll just get the price down a tad more and I'll go for it... after all $1 per share should clinch it!
