from what I can see,it looks like there is going to have to be a deal done. This would probably mean BLT giving some of its patent rts. to nucleonics to settle the litigation, otherwise this saga could drag on for years. If they don't settle they both lose. I doubt that either company will have a clear win. I bought in this week after having watched for some time because it looks like there will be some kind of determination soon. If Blt wins outright(unlikely) or settles it will take off in a hurry because the potential of the science behind company is enormous.
