Hi Mark,
IMHO Qld Govt are trying to win an election and will sponge off all fossil fuels to finance their Olympic and other financially messy woke dreams;
I reckon BLU should have a go at putting in the pipeline - nothing beats a bit of vertical integration to add a bit of value:
It's a better sell to own a pipeline with gas to choose from than prop a gas venture that's waiting for a pipeline;
Is this like providing the one rail line for all miners to the wharves?
Nb: I have NFI of what a pipeline costs.
BLU shouldn't wait for the Qld govt: Gas is a goer - essential for any source of energy transition:
Why not a small cap raise to get the ball rolling and a line of credit while the pipe build is in progress?
Equity will always be the most expensive form of funding - a worthwhile project will always pay for itself and why dilute the LTH's on the way through?
Looking forward to a Happier New Financial Year (and an East Coast solar winter).
