Sadly by the lack of response here no one gives a toss about BLU. It has been dormant for years and it looks like continuing that way for many more. You will need to make your own call regarding averaging down and you need to be prepared to tie up your capital for a lengthy period if you do.
BLU have the reserves but no way of geting them to the market.
