If you own a company then every year you have had to lodge a form and to do this they charged you $200 "lodgement fee". No doubt to cover the costs of some pathetic little beaurocrat filing your form away.
If that was not bad enough....
Now...you no longer have to lodge a form. Clearly then there is no filing to be done on their behalf. So, did they do away with the $200 "lodgement fee". Not on your sweet nelly. Now they charge a $200 "annual review fee".
End result ... now they do nothing but still get the $200.
