question from a newbie
I'm wanting to use my property equity to borrow a 200k interest only loan to invest in high income yield blue chip stocks with a 10 year investment outlook, this will be very tax effective for me. ANZ QBE AMP SUN TLS to name a few. Who do I approach for a loan, what control over my investment decissions will the lender want to have if any ?
Are there any pitfalls I need to look for.
