    One of the best blue chips if you can call it that is CDD Cardno had a rights issue that closed on tuesday at $4.90 and closing SP yesterday at $6.64 Plus a very good dividend yield/income stream.
    One of the best long term investments with increasing income stream that i have had in the last 3 years.
