these are with out a doubt the best duck you have ever, ever eaten !
rather like finger licking good

you buy the duck as per the photo
as its already cooked and golden brown

then to eat.....
you can freeze it now or eat it latter
we reheat the duck in the oven as it doesn't dry out

then pull it apart
add vegies, uncooked finely sliced
and into a Peking wrapper, like a mini, normal food wrapper
and eat

the remain on the ducks frame
into sandwiches, or soup or anything
then the frame is boiled for a soup or wonton soup base

you could say, this creature is not wasted in this house hold
