The problem I have with FAR, and this has been true over the years, is that I have seen it accumulate assests that effectively come to nothing. Its net position feels like zero. I have mentioned this before, but my core holding has been in existenance since 99. Now, Senegal 'feels' like it is going the same way as some of the other assets. I really want to know what the company plans to do with it, truthfully. We can ask the company but we are going to get a BS answer. Ophir have a 25% interest in it now. This being the case are we still negotiating with other parties for a farm-in/free carry? Who is going to drill it, and if they do decide to drill it, what is the proposition? The dynamics dont look great when a number of majors have seen it and walked away. Does ME know something that we/market/majors dont when he hands over the 5mill for the extention?
