    If you see from one of their latest releases ~4.6 million shares (which were issued at $0.25) were just released from their lock-up period on Friday. These were part of the Clipp stock purchase. This is what is putting downward pressure on the stock. Coupled with the CR setting the short-term price ceiling around $0.30.
