Remind all new holders the Blue Ocean Equity report has set price target at $2.50 short term and sp = $4 long term.

My guess after the resource upgrade they will upgrade their sp to $3.50 shorterm and $5.50 long term.

My strong belief is if the refinery financing is locked in along with off-take agreement to fast track refinery construction, we will eventually see KDR market surpasses PLS's mc sometime around mid-2019 which at that time could easily be more than $3 billion for PLS.
