Yes i am being conservative.
As i said i believe if the refinery construction is fast-tracked with finance and off-take agreements within the next 6 months we will surpass PLS's market cap at more than $3 billion and that would put KDR sp at around $9 - $10 per share. And this has not taken into account potential significant lithium price increase in 2018 and 2019.
