I understand your point.
Its a positive sign that they continue to support RFN.
They could have simply walked away, as a $2M raise for Blue Ocean is nothing.
They don't need to tarnish their reputation on a small raise like that.
If they didn't like the business they would have simply sold their clients out and moved on.
I believe it shows belief in the business as the analyst has gone through the business models etc and met with management.
All positive in my opinion.
