The somewhat muted reaction to the opening of IND to date is something that PR and the team will no doubt be reflecting on. Long term holders that live and breath PAR know there is a mouthwatering risk reward skew but insto and professional money like Michael have clear criteria that excludes further DD. The 25 year exclusive deal with Bene is clearly not being fully appreciated so new money hasn't appeared to flow in immediately on P3 confirmation.
The good news this is just temporary as PR gets the message out around exclusivity that will eventually see fresh inflows. If not then PR will then need to pull to trigger and hit the markets perception over the head by monetising the Bene arrangement in a partnership deal.
