Very interesting. Hopefully the board and CEO don't let the opportunity pass to sort this mess out.
I think a cash and share proposal would be fairer. I wouldn't be happy swapping for a 1000 shares only to find the SP at 1.5c due to dilution. Although, Blue Pacific may be correct and there would be an upgrading of the ords - but maybe this wouldn't happen as the business isn't really a robust one.
