for those that have followed this debarcle ........one would note the management initially stated they were "working on a solution" to capital structure .......and yet DID NOT make any moves to get shareholder approvals for the equity issuance of >15% of share capital .........and also "booked" to its P&L the "gain" on face value in the acquisition of pxupa units via the "offer" ......
and because of the above - the company has gotten "much smaller" in a classic debt for asset swap (s) ....
looks like its about to get "more serious" for this company
