    I would say Giralia are pretty keen on PMH - Michael Joyce (CEO of Giralia) is seeking re-election as one of two directors of PMH (in addition to Mike Clifford - PMH CEO), for another 3 year term. I suggest this means that Joyce has a very firm hand on the Pacmag tiller.
