i am familuar with rig zone, and its not updated regulary, unfortunately.
i am an oil and gas worker off the noth west shelf of OZ, As i have served time onboard the Songa Mercur, i can tell you alittle about the rig, she is a non self propelled semi sub drill rig and she's old... built by the russians for the russians, in any other time period she would not still be in service and would more than likely be parked up on an indian beach but due to the high demand for offshore oil and gas exploration she is still in service... and for the fact that china, singapore and other 3rd world countries can not produce new ones quick enough... it is believed that there is a 5 year waiting list world wide for a new rig...
SSaying all of this, dont be fooled by the rigs age or amounts of asbestos, you can actually be encouraged by these facts, she has 30 years of experience and still floats, still works, just doesnt have that new car smell any more....
