I'm starting to get just a tad excited about this? because I believe Polynovo weren't expecting some of the results they saw with Novosorb? could it be that they were surprised that the BTM didn't attach to the tendon when it was placed on top of it?
Does some of the artificial stuff attach?
Is this because of the fact that it is skin tissue growing into the BTM and therefore acts exactly the same as if it were skin? i.e. it somehow knows not to attach the skin to the tendon?
Could this be replicated with other body parts like the bladder or other things in the body where a mesh attachment would be detrimental?
I really hope this may be the case, because if this is so? it would be absolutely HUGE?
