Where do you value a stock that might have no revenue today, but is "only" a crucial step or two away from multiple $billions of revenue tomorrow?

What MC should it have? Was $300m suitable? $500m? Will $1bn be suitable? $2bn?

There's no right answer. The market will decide. Currently we're watching the market's hive-mind attempt to determine where the risk/reward balance lies with PAR's product. Lots of money appears to believe that balance is north of todays price.

There doesn't need to be leaks because what is already known is compelling enough for people with money to speculate at these price levels. It's a lovely thing to be in early on a stock which presents such massive potential upside, but that in itself doesn't always play out the way you'd like. What you also need, and what PAR now has, is the attention of a market-wide audience, and the momentum that can provide.

Anything could happen in the next 6-12 months. You willing to "carpe the bloody diem" or just watch others go for it?
