It seems success to them means the presence of hydrocarbons, not weather they are commercial. Nonetheless I am long PVD. the sheer size of the target is worth a bet.

some interesting trading this morning. up 10% on 120k shares traded. somebody wants in at any cost. we saw this a few weeks back. like clockwork it would run up 5-7% every morning session and the buying would be finished by lunch.
