You may be right about dealing from a weak position........or an alternative explanation may be that the reason the plant has taken so long is that MT refuses to get screwed on the financing side. Remember a few years ago with Kronos? They wanted to screw the co with financing which meant losing the co if anything at all went wrong in the building of the plant. MT walked.....sold the tenement and said stuff you. Then of course the legal action when that plan failed.
