    BLA can not walk from the Oaktree deal - it will cost them $46m in make-whole interest and fees!!!!


    That's the point - the Board of BLA has failed to give the shareholder the right to vote on the whole BLA deal, only the conversion rights over 30% of the BLA equity. Absurd
