This means someone else owns the other 50%. It looks to me like similar things happened when "the partners" were bought out, it appears to me the unfairness then was that our funds were used to grow the businesses and pay for the expenses whilst I have found no evidence they contributed additional funds to cover their portion of the ownership of the businesses (or that their ownership was further diluted). In this latest transfer: the other 50%, it appears to me that either the entire assets were taken from us beforehand or that 50% was somehow given away under a steal via vesting scheme. This is made more sus by what looks to me like the additional payment of salaries and large bonuses.
