Correction: there was some dilution being disclosed in updated reports, however, we hear of other so-called partners owning shares in the fund's businesses, etc and the sale back to these or previous owners, we also hear about so-called arms-length transactions such as apartments being sold to insiders and the investment in funds by staff and then subsequently, loans being given to funds and them then being written off. All the while announcing average performance well above the BAF/WMA funds average despite BAF/WMA being heavily invested in water.
